What is your return policy?

No Refunds On Custom Items. Please understand all of our garments are custom made and made from scratch to your exact measurements. However we can do exchanges on website items only, if the item is in good condition and item/size are available upon request. For custom orders, we do offer alterations. How long will it take to recieve my order?

My website items that are in stock is already made and ready to be shipped or picked up, Shipping Is (2-5 Days) & Yes I Offer Same Day Pickup For Michigan Clients Only. Website Items That Are Not In Stock Will Take (7-15 Business Days). For Custom orders (2-4 Weeks) & For Gowns (4-6 Weeks) All of my shipping time frames are accurate unless i notify you and say otherwise, this will depend on my work load.
How to clean garments?

Handwash in cold or warm water seperately, no iron. I recommend using garment steamers only!
What sizes do you make or carry?

I carry sizes (XS-XL) Size chart is listed on the website please visit before ordering a website item. For Custom orders. please leave your EXACT measurements when ordering (Bust or Bra Size, Waiste & Hip Measurements. All Of My Garments Stretch Unless I Note Otherwise.
Can I get something made thats not on your website?

Yes, Custom Designs/Consultations require a signed mutual agreement along with a non-refundable deposit ! . All Custom Designs are dicussed via email (coutureyoshi@gmail.com)
How will I track my order ?

I provide tracking numbers with every order once shipped!
Do you accept orders outside the U.S ?

Yes, I Ship Worldwide!

Yes ALL Of Your Information Is Secure (Even I Dont See Your Card Info) You Can Pay Directly Through The Website For All Website Orders, Or Email To Send A Deposit Or Payment(s) For Custom Orders. I Accept Credit & Debit & Cash In Person. I Send Deposits Or Balances Through Your Email But I Also Accept The Cash In Person, Or Google/Apple Pay, You WIll Get Your Receipt Right Away & A Tracking # Once Shipped.
What If I dont know how to take my measurements?

I Have A Few Options You Can Choose From. You Can Get Your Measurements Taken For Free At Any Local Victorias Secret, Bridal Or Tailor Shop. Or I Can Send You A Link To A Quick Video On How To Take Them Yourself, Or We Can Schedule A Facetime Or Video Appointment As Long As You Have Measuring Tape & I Can Show You How To Take Them Or If You Are Local We Can Schedule An Appointment & I Can Take Them!
